Refund policy

1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1.1 Jarrah Supply Co. will comply with all applicable rights and obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.

1.2 Where a product has a fault, defect, is significantly different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, the customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as required by law.

1.3 Change-of-mind returns or exchanges may be offered at Jarrah Supply Co.'s discretion and may be subject to additional conditions.

1.4 Products returned due to change of mind must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging unless otherwise agreed.

1.5 Proof of purchase may be required for returns, exchanges or warranty claims.

1.6 Customised, personalised or specially manufactured products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges, subject to applicable law.
